Efficient, magnificent location in the super convenient area. 25 km from Changi airport. Good-sized room with a nice looking bathroom.

Everything was very good and rooms were fully functional and good sized. I ate at a small restaurant with amazing international and local dishes. All of the staff were best, fantastic friendly. There was a bus stop near the hotel.

It was the amongst the cheaper hotel rates that I could find during this peak period. It was also quite well located, near Vivocity, although I thought that it was on the same side as that of the mall. Unfortunately it was not. Otherwise, its location would have been ideal. The rate which I booked at also entitled me to a complimentary mini bar.

The room was too small and I took a Queen Deluxe room too. I cannot imagine what the size of a standard room is like! The service was very slow though. I asked for more towels and more water but it seems to take ages for them to send this up. At one stage, they had no more bottled water left as they cited a full house. I think that this should not happen as there should be enough stocks of water. After all, it is not expensive to keep additional stocks.

Conveniently located across from a major shopping complex, offering easy access to dining and entertainment options. Room design maximizes space, fitting neatly into a compact setting while providing essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

Thin doors allow noise from the hall to come in, which might disrupt your peace during the night. The luggage hold area is quite a distance from the reception, raising security concerns about unattended bags. The toilet and bathroom layout, though well-designed, still comes off as odd and may catch some guests off-guard.

The only positive thing about this hotel is it location: near Sentosa and opposite to the shopping mall.

The room was too small, really dirty and the staff was unprofessional. I don't know who gave them 4 star and for what, as for me, it is 2-3 star hotel.

The location is excellent, with easy access to VivoCity and Sentosa Island, just a short walk away. The staff provided really good service, assisting me promptly with my work requirements and offering helpful advice about local transportation. The room was compact yet well-designed, maximizing space efficiently was good.

Only downside was the limited breakfast options.

The staff was best, the breakfast was satisfactory, everything was very good. Views over a garden were great, the room was great-sized and fully functional. The bed was comfy for those with back pain. Set near a bus stop, it was a plus...

The complimentary snacks - Lays and water. The big comfy bed, pillows and blanket. The complimentary wi-fi service.

On our first day, was told that there is a shower room we can use to freshen up prior to our departure at night. However, when the last day of our stay arrived, the reception says there is no such service - only bathroom is available.
